Ulta Beauty Retailer Deep Dive

This presentation was prepared by my team for the course Retailing. In the first half of the course, we were assigned to perform a deep dive into a national retailer by utilizing Kahn's Retail Success Matrix in our analysis and providing managerial recommendations on how the company can better accommodate its customers. My team selected Ulta Beauty to perform our analyses on. Our presentation reflects our analysis and the insights that led to our recommendations.
